The story
The person behind the work
Gladding Digital started in 2018 as an affordable alternative to the big agencies for small businesses and charities. Eight years on, most clients have been here for years. Not because they are tied in, but because things get done, problems get fixed quickly and nobody has to chase.
Thomas comes from copywriting and strategy, which is why the words on your site get as much attention as the code. Day to day, the studio designs, builds, hosts and looks after WordPress sites, and runs the email, ads and automation that sit around them.
You deal with the person doing the work. Behind the scenes, agents handle the routine monitoring across every site on Core, and a human approves every change to a live site. That is how one studio looks after a lot of sites without any of them being neglected.
