How updates happen
Tested on one site before it touches yours
WordPress updates are where most sites break. On Core they happen the same way every time, on a schedule, with a test site taking the risk first.
Canary first
Every plugin and core update lands on a test site that mirrors the fleet.
Automated checks
Pages, forms, performance and errors are checked before anything moves.
A person reviews
Nothing reaches a live site without someone looking at the results.
The fleet, in batches
Sites update in groups, with a check after each one. Problems stop the batch.
You hear nothing
Which is the point. If a change affects you, we tell you before it happens.
Watched by agents, approved by people
Agents do the watching. A person does the deciding.
Monitoring agents run across the whole fleet, day and night. They raise issues, write up what they found and propose a fix. Nothing changes on a live site until a human has read it and said yes.
That is what lets a small studio look after a lot of sites properly, and why your monthly price does not go up when your site gets busier.

What Core is not
A fixed stack, on purpose
Core is not a page-builder free-for-all. You do not get to install whatever plugin a video told you to, and you do not need to. If a site needs something the stack does not have, we scope it, add it properly and support it. If a site needs a completely different platform, we will say so.
What it means for you
