Outside the plans
What is not in a plan
- Custom design and build projects, which are quoted, with an onboarding fee only where there is big custom development.
- Third-party costs. Ad spend, premium plugins outside Core and transactional email are billed at cost.
- Strategy, training and fractional digital director work. That is Thomas Gladding, one to one.
Questions
The ones people ask before they sign
Is there a minimum term?
For an existing site, no. Care is rolling monthly and you can stop with a month’s notice. When we build you a new Core site, the plan runs for 12 months, because the build is included in it. [CONFIRM]
What does in flight mean?
One piece of work we are actively doing for you, with a scope and a finish line. When it ships, the next thing in your queue starts. That is how the retainers are priced, instead of hours.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, month to month. Most people start on Care and step up when there is a campaign or a project to run.
Do you sell hours?
No. If a job is bigger than a plan, it is quoted as a project with a fixed price. If it is smaller, it is probably already included.
Who does the work?
Thomas, with agents handling the routine monitoring and a person approving every change to a live site.
